[Wrfems] Case Study Simulation using NARR

Dan,
  This is the first run with this domain and with the NARR data.  I believe it's just being run on one machine, not a cluster.  It does seem to write out the first file.  It writes the initial 2008-12-12_00:00:00 wrfout file.  I'll see if I can find if it's not a writable directory.  We do have several successful real-time runs (every 3-6 hours with laps initialization data) that is in the same wrf directory...this simulation is in a different domain directory.
