[wrfems] run fails using lis dataset

I have been attempting to incorporate the LIS dataset to initialize my ARW run. My domains are well within the boundaries of the current dataset over the SE US.  The ems_run routine always errors out with the message below. My configurations in the ems_autorun.conf file are DSETS = rucptile%namptile, sfc = sstsport, LSM=lis. I have tried multiple DSET combinations, but that has not fixed the issue. Any idea what the problem might be? Any help would be appreciated.
