[wrfems] Hey, Hey - Now available WRF EMS version 3.1.1.5.1

Hello Frank,

Not recent ones, simply because I have not had time to write the routine 
that organizes
all the benchmark results I have received and post them to the web.

The old manual process is much to time consuming.

Hopefully I will have something with the new STRC web site this Summer.
