[wrfems] Grads creation issue

Paul,

Do you get this error each time you attempt to convert the data into 
GrADS format?
If so then it may be due to the grid navigation in the GRIB file.

I will have to get some sample WRF netCDF outout files and attempt to 
replicate the error.

BTW - EMS V3.2 will have a updated GrADS release to handle GRIB 2 format.
