[wrfems] Permission Denied?

Jim,

Make sure that you are running ems_prep from the 
wrfems/util/benchmak/<core> directory.

If you attempt to execute "ems_prep", "ems_run", or "ems_post" from a 
non run-time directory
your $PATH setting will see the directories of the same name under 
wrfems/strc first.
