[wrfems] gfsptile failure beyond 54 hours

WRF Users,

I frequently use the gfsptile initialization data set to prep my 06Z and 
18Z model runs. Over the past 2-3 days, I've noticed that I am only able 
to download 54 hours worth of data from emsdata1.comet.ucar.edu, 
emsdata2.comet.ucar.edu, and soostrc.comet.ucar.edu.  I give it a few 
tries, then I just fail over to the default GFS files from NCEP.  Anyone 
else seeing this problem?
