[wrfems] WRF BUFR/BUFKIT to display on D2D

Hello,

What do I need to do to get WRF soundings to display on D2D?

I know I can create bufkit files to display on a PC using the bufkit
program; however, I've been asked to somehow get that data to display on
D2D instead.  Has anyone had success in doing this?  Would there happen to
be instruction for this task anywhere?
