[wrfems] WRF BUFR/BUFKIT to display on D2D

Tony,

One can display model soundings (including those from the WRF EMS) using
the volume browser in D2D (is this what you were looking for?).  No bufkit
files are required for this (just the normal grib files being sent to AWIPS
and processed).

If you're not yet getting WRF output into AWIPS, you can use this page for
