[wrfems] Help Needed for Mercator Projection (FIXED)

Tony,

Before you declare victory, take a look at the model land/sea mask and 
make sure it is in agreement with the
AWIPS map.  It appears that the standard latitude is not directly 
specified in the arguments to  makesuparg but
would think it needs to be for Mercator. Fortunately, the Std lat should 
be pretty close to the center lat. If that
is how makesuparg gets this value then you are probably ok.
